Job Requirements
- valid state issued license
- must be at least 21 years of age
- possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- pre-employment drug and background screening required
- ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans preferred
- prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations preferred

- self-starter and critical thinker
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Job Duties
- provide support to other installation teams
- observe installations and provide feedback as part of ongoing training
- help resolve claims and customer issues
- maintain parts storage areas including organization and replenishment orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks
- act as liaison between shipping and picking leadership and communicate needs to Area Installation Manager
- perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections and engage with builders to promote customer retention
- partner with Area Installation Manager to implement program improvements
- use 3rd party software to enter data, pull reports, and build Project Master sheets
- perform driver duties and responsibilities
