Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP MM, Power BI
- Ability to interface with and coach at all levels within the company and with external customers and suppliers
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Successful record in stretching to exceed corporate expectations and organizational contributions
Job Duties
- Conduct inventory checks at all CSCs and supplier
- Conduct on-site audits for major BOB CSCs to determine compliance with standard and share findings with CSCs
- Develop monthly product waste analysis and determine reasons
- Ensure a high level of integrity exists in processes, procedures and reconciled billing documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions
- Develop and distribute weekly inventory reports highlighting results and variances
- Work with RiM IT department to ensure that sales data is accurate and timely
- Establish processes to conduct the audit of sales file on a daily basis
- Determine selling efficiencies per flight and product to form basis for reconciliation billing
- Develop reports to track data integrity issues involving missing transactions and timely data input
- Order product for select CSCs and assist with ordering as needed at other CSCs
- Reconcile invoices from suppliers to actual purchases
- 25% travel required
