Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent or higher
- minimum five years of work experience in an administrative role including overseeing the work of others
- must reside within reasonable driving distance of New Hyde Park or Williamsville, NY office
- ability to work in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel to office for meetings and training
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent or higher
- minimum of five years work experience in an administrative role including supervision experience
- experience with file opening, scheduling depositions and court appearances, and legal records retention preferred
- prior experience in a law office preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working independently
