Aramark is seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their passionate Food Services Team. Working alongside a manager, Food Service Supervisors will help coordinate daily operations ensuring that food production and service meet Aramark’s high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred
- ability to lead and supervise a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical capability to perform job duties
- willingness to complete sanitation course if not already done

- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring food safety and quality according to policies and department requirements
- ensure food items are stored safely, organized, and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules ensuring food items are served per menu specifications following Aramark policies
- maintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees, counsel and promote employee growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend replacement of equipment
- multitask proficiently
- perform additional duties as requested by management
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering events ensuring timely preparation and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service staff meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties when required
- promote good public relations
