The Brand Concierge’s primary responsibility is to present and sample Boar’s Head Brand products in local retail stores, fostering product awareness and encouraging consumer purchases.

Key responsibilities include building awareness of Boar’s Head Brand premium delicatessen products by engaging directly with consumers through product sampling. The Brand Concierge educates consumers about the products’ flavors, nutritional content, and suggests complementary items, fostering a richer shopping experience. This role also involves maintaining a neat and organized sampling area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
To excel in this position, candidates must be capable of operating a slicer, with training provided, and exhibit excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate product benefits. The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs, and setting up display tables and utensils. Since the work is performed in various retail store locations, the Brand Concierge must have their own transportation and be willing to travel within their assigned area. Additionally, the role requires working in refrigerated or freezer environments, making physical stamina essential.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months of experience in a customer service or similar role
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with food preparation is helpful but not required
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Exhibit good food safety and sanitation practices at all times
- Ability to operate a slicer with training
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to different retail locations within assigned area
- Ability to transport and set up a folding table, utensils, platters, etc.
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Push or pull objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment
- Must have an internet-enabled cell phone
