As a Brand Concierge, the Selling Event Specialist acts as the face of Boar's Head Brand, educating consumers about product flavors, health benefits, and complementary items to enhance their purchasing decisions. In this role, the Selling Event Specialist is responsible for setting up sampling stations that are both visually appealing and hygienically maintained. They must follow all food safety and sanitation protocols while ensuring that sampling areas are neat and inviting. The job also requires the candidate to operate a slicer for product preparation, a skill for which training will be provided. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, transporting and arranging equipment such as folding tables and platters, and working in cold storage environments.

Candidates must possess dependable transportation and be willing to travel within their assigned locations to various retail stores.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months of experience in customer service or similar role
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate a slicer (training provided)
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to different retail locations
- Ability to transport and set up folding tables, utensils, platters
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to push or pull objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Must have an internet-enabled cell phone
- Ability to keep work area clean and exhibit good food safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months of experience in a customer service or similar role

Job Duties
- Build awareness of Boar's Head Brand premium delicatessen products by engaging consumers through product sampling
- Actively promote Boar's Head Brand products by educating consumers on flavor, nutritional information, and complimentary products
- Possess a positive, energetic, and serving attitude
- Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned
- Set up and maintain sampling stations with proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Operate slicer equipment safely after training
- Travel to and represent the brand at various retail locations
