- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or cleaning roles is an asset
Job Duties
- Cleans equipment, utensils, pots and pans, and work areas including floors and walls
- Handles supplies in a food service department
- Picks up used dishes from counter areas and tables, prepares for washing by scraping and pre-rinsing, and washes dishes by machine or hand
- Performs general helper duties such as replenishing milk supplies, transporting supplies and equipment, picking up dishes from tables, unpacking stock, occasionally assisting in serving on the counter
- Maintains prescribed sanitation standards including cleaning machines and kitchen equipment, washing floors and walls, waxing floors, cleaning windows
- Performs other duties as directed
