- prior experience in customer service

Job Qualifications
- prior experience in customer service
- ability to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
- ability to prioritize and complete assignments
- ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
- ability to solve practical problems
Job Duties
- acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
- performing administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations
- answering resident questions
- monitoring security cameras
- answering phone calls
- maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
- delivering packages and newspapers
- assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
- covering reception desk as needed
- assisting other departments as needed
- performing office work such as creating, filing, printing, emailing
