The role of Security Site Supervisor at SCIS is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing security operations across a designated site. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $19.26 per hour, with a consistent Monday through Friday shift from 06:00 to 14:00, enabling a balanced work schedule. Job Requirements
- US citizenship
- 2 years of prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
- previous supervisory experience
- must have or be able to obtain a DCJS Guard Card
- must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance
- strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- must have guard card before starting work
