Job Requirements
- Two to five years experience as a security guard or law enforcement agent
- Possess a valid racing license
- Ability to manage security operational effectiveness
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Emergency Disaster Plan Manual
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility for shift performance

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Develop staff by evaluating and training through designing training programs
- Assist with interviewing and selection
- Investigate incidents and customer complaints compiling data for accurate reporting
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift
- Meet with directors and managers as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
