Job Requirements

  • GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • active California Guard Card preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • previous experience in customer service or in an admin/receptionist position
  • experience in a corporate business environment
  • positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all employees and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facility personnel
  • generate and issue badges for all visitors to the site
  • ensure all personnel entering the site have proper ID and authorization
  • provide escort services to the client’s visitors, contractors, and vendors as required
  • patrol all sections of the property to identify safety hazards, unusual activity, and breaks in security
  • maintain daily administrative documentation
  • create and document incident reports as needed
  • investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions
  • act as the primary first responder to all medical emergencies for guest and employee injuries and illnesses
  • provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities when needed
  • perform other related duties as required
