Job Requirements
- GED preferred or equivalent experience
- Active California Guard Card preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Previous experience in customer service or in an admin/receptionist position is highly desirable
- Experience in a corporate business environment
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet all employees and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facility personnel
- Generate and issue badges for all visitors to the site
- Ensure all personnel entering the site have proper ID and authorization
- Provide escort services to the client's visitors, contractors, and vendors as required
- Patrol all sections of the property to identify safety hazards, unusual activity, and breaks in security
- Maintain daily administrative documentation
- Create and document incident reports as needed
- Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions
- Serve as primary first responder to all medical emergencies for guest and employee injuries and illnesses
- Provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities when needed to do so
