Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years and older for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable experience
  • Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Subject to drug screening as permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements as per state and local laws may apply prior to employment
  • Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
  • Prior experience as a receptionist

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable experience
  • Prior experience as a receptionist
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to understand and enforce security and safety regulations
  • Excellent observation and critical thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
  • Observe persons entering and exiting the office to protect employees and assets
  • Ensure all visitors sign-in correctly with appropriate badges and compliance codes
  • Account for all temporary visitor badges by logging their distribution and submitting a monthly inventory
  • Mitigate unwanted intruders and escort visitors at all times
  • Monitor visible and audible alarms
  • Ensure all doors are shut and maintained in optimal condition
  • Submit daily activity reports outlining critical events and relevant updates to leadership
