Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws
- Willing to undergo drug screening as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements per state and local laws may be required prior to employment
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments
- Desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle incidents professionally
- Experience in security or related fields is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various site-specific protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of visitors, guests, and vendors
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow established protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences
- Assist with emergency response activities including communication with management and local authorities
- Support overall security operations by remaining alert to potential issues and deterring unwanted activity
- Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, staff, and management to address inquiries and provide assistance
