Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo required background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and customer service in a healthcare environment
- Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters
- Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the healthcare location
- Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk area
