Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Job Qualifications

  • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to undergo site-specific training and follow operational protocols

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and customer service in a healthcare environment
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents
  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the healthcare location
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk area
