Job Requirements
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to undergo background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to pass a drug screen as required by law
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- Willingness to participate in security-related training programs
Job Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as directed
- Use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts and support operations across various environments
