Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to drug screening as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements may apply depending on location
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
- Alarm panel experience preferred
- Access control and/or badge experience preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
- State, county, or city issued security license preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems in critical situations
- Experience with access control or badge systems preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
- State, county, or city issued security license preferred
Job Duties
- Use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts
- Support operations in commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments
- Receive site-specific training and guidance
- Deliver consistent and professional security presence and customer service
- Fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures
- Respond calmly to incidents following established protocols
- Monitor access and verify identification
- Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff
- Support emergency response activities following guidelines
