Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred
- State, county, or city issued security license is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to background investigation per laws
- Consideration given to applicants with criminal histories consistent with laws
- Subject to drug screening as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements may apply before employment
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Experience with alarm panels preferred
- Experience with access control or badges preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies
- Interest in gaining broad experience and growing within the company
- Availability across various days and shifts
Job Duties
- Use proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts
- Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance
- Provide professional security presence and customer service
- Fill in at short notice as needed
- Provide customer service following security procedures
- Respond to incidents calmly following protocols
- Monitor access and verify identification
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Communicate professionally with clients and visitors
- Support emergency response activities according to guidelines
