Job Duties

  • Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure the safety of guests and staff
  • Monitor security systems including CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to any breaches or suspicious activity
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents
  • Assist guests and staff with security concerns and enforce hotel policies related to conduct, safety, and security
  • Maintain detailed records and reports of incidents, accidents, and irregularities
  • Control access to restricted areas and ensure all doors and exits are secure
  • Manage and track lost and found items ensuring proper documentation and storage
  • Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment
