GardaWorld values candidates who bring exceptional customer service skills, basic phone and computer proficiency, and a background in security, military, or law enforcement as a strong advantage. Being able to successfully navigate an extensive screening process is crucial, as employment will be contingent upon passing background checks and drug screenings.

GardaWorld offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided at no cost, supporting a professional appearance on duty.
