This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating a safe and inviting atmosphere that aligns with Caesars Entertainment’s People Planet Play initiative, which focuses on enhancing community well-being and economic development.

As a Security Officer at Horseshoe Bossier, individuals will play a crucial role in safeguarding the guests’ experiences by maintaining a secure and orderly environment. The company prioritizes employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations and supporting equal employment opportunities. The job also involves adhering to regulatory and departmental standards while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members. This position is well-suited for individuals committed to safety, service excellence, and who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
