The position currently open is for a Concierge Security Officer in Reno, NV, scheduled on a mixed shift basis that covers day and overnight hours, including weekends. - High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Valid PILB license
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, or sit throughout the shift and handle weather conditions
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at the assigned location
- Provide rapid response in critical situations
- Write detailed and accurate reports
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Manage access control and maintain order in lobby areas by checking IDs and preventing hazards
- Patrol by foot regularly
- Stand, sit, or walk throughout the assigned shift as needed
