Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Provide documentation of HS diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Have basic phone and computer skills
- Hold a state security license and 32hr BSIS security trainings or be willing to obtain them
- Have a valid drivers license
- Demonstrate flexible availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Have a state security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift as operational needs require
Job Duties
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
