Job Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • Valid driver's license required for driving positions only

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer phones, manage visitor logs and/or access records, issue temporary badges or passes when appropriate, and report unusual activity or concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with personnel, visitors, and/or emergency services as needed
  • Support access control activities for entry points, deliveries, and/or scheduled appointments while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location
