Positioned in Sacramento, CA, the role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld brings a unique blend of security duties with a strong customer service focus. This full-time, Monday through Friday position (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) involves working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections with visitors and clientele, making the ability to engage and reassure others paramount. The Concierge Security Officer’s responsibilities include welcoming and verifying visitors, managing access control, performing security patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining security equipment. Beyond security tasks, the officer acts as an ambassador of the company’s values by delivering exceptional customer service, answering questions, coordinating with emergency teams, and documenting occurrences through incident reports.

The role requires at least six months of security experience, a state security license (BSIS Guard Card), and associated training. Job Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
  • Complete additional 32hr BSIS security trainings during hiring process if not already done
