The role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld is a unique position that blends traditional security responsibilities with high-level customer service. This position is based in Lodi, CA, with a set schedule of 16 hours per week, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The hourly wage for this role is competitive at $21, with the benefit of DailyPay available for employees. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be the welcoming face of security, responsible for greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding people with professionalism and care.
Beyond customer interaction, this role requires vigilance and attentiveness in managing access control, patrolling the site regularly to identify potential risks, and inspecting security equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Responding to incidents effectively by providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency teams is a critical part of the role. Security officers must also be adept at answering queries both in person and over the phone, demonstrating clear communication skills and professionalism at all times. Documenting incidents through detailed reports and communicating security concerns are essential duties that help maintain a safe environment for everyone present.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid BSIS Guard Card and security training
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
- Physical capability to perform patrol and emergency response duties
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and strong computer skills
- Security, military, law enforcement experience is a plus
- Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
Job Duties
