The current opportunity is for the role of a Response Security Patrol Officer based in Eastvale, California. This full-time position offers a set schedule primarily from Wednesday to Sunday in the afternoon to late evening, as well as additional daytime shifts on other weekdays, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. With a competitive hourly wage of $19.50, employees also have access to DailyPay, enabling flexible access to earned wages. GardaWorld supplements the compensation with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) plan featuring employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options, thereby ensuring financial security and health coverage for its workforce. As a Response Security Patrol Officer, the role demands adaptability and agility in handling shifting daily responsibilities such as customer service, conducting patrols, and engaging in surveillance activities. Officers are expected to monitor premises for security, perform bike patrols to detect any suspicious behavior, control access points with strict identity verification, and respond swiftly to incidents or potential threats. The job requires maintaining detailed reports documenting events and incidents while collaborating effectively with law enforcement agencies during serious situations. Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property is paramount. The role particularly suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., hold at least a High School Diploma or GED, and possess the stamina and ability to ride a bicycle for patrol purposes. Having prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is highly advantageous and the possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) along with additional BSIS training is required, with further training made available during the onboarding process.

Candidates should be prepared for a comprehensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening, which underscores the company’s dedication to safety and quality.
