Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR certification and driver’s license required
- Alcohol servers license preferred
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to multitask
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 30 plus pounds frequently
Job Qualifications

- Security management experience ideal
- Hospitality experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Alcohol servers license preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Director of Security
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding security job assignments and required timeframe
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations policies
- Reduce opportunity for crimes through preventive patrol and high security visibility
- Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities on premises
- Resourcefully solve issues and control problematic situations
- Address guest complaints and debrief with team members
- Promote and preserve peace on premises
- Aid or seek aid for individuals in danger or needing medical attention
- Respond to emergencies as prescribed in procedures
- Patrol all property areas and assist guests with room access, valet, bell, and housekeeping if required
- Input written reports and activity summaries adhering to confidentiality
- Help assure compliance with liquor laws
- Assist in developing and presenting security programs
- Willingness to be cross trained to assist sister properties
- Perform other duties consistent with the position functions
