- minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Identify, investigate, and resolve security and safety issues discovered or reported
- respond to medical emergencies, alarms, threats, and incidents following emergency response procedures
- plan, direct, and coordinate security operations to protect company assets, team members, guests, and property
- develop, implement, evaluate, and revise security and safety policies and procedures
- conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate effectiveness of security, safety, facility, personnel, and environmental programs
- lead department operations including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security staff
- manage investigations with documentation, report writing, and collaboration with Human Resources
- coordinate security planning for special and high-risk events
- perform property inspections for compliance
- support budget management and purchasing
- drive company vehicles across property
