Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Valid state security credentials/licenses
Minimum two years of experience in a position with direct guest contact
Strong verbal, written and technology skills
Keyboarding speed of 25 WPM
Investigation skills
Ability to perform general clerical duties using Microsoft Office and other programs
Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in excessive heat or cold
Maintain strong observation skills with high detail and scrutiny
Able to work independently
Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs
Must be able to speak, read and write English

Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess valid state security credentials/licenses
Have excellent communication skills
Present a well-groomed appearance
Have strong verbal, written, and technology skills
Skilled in keyboarding with 25 WPM
Experienced in investigation techniques
Proficient in general clerical duties using Microsoft Office and site-specific programs
Able to work and stand indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Maintain strong observation skills with attention to detail
Capable of working independently
Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs
English speaking, reading, and writing skills

Job Duties

Perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner while dealing with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, threats to life and property
Act as a first responder with training in CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed, and fire extinguisher procedures
Conduct interior and exterior restaurant patrol to identify undesirable conditions
Evaluate situations and make logical decisions while maintaining a calm demeanor
Investigate incidents including evaluation of scenes, interviewing complainants and witnesses, and involving correct personnel
Document all findings and write reports
Maintain order in the restaurant and attend to the needs of guests, staff, and vendors
Assist in safety controls for performances inside the venue
Coordinate response to emergency conditions such as fire alarms and safety hazards
Handle violations of restaurant policies and civil laws
Respond to security and emergency situations promptly
Provide key assist
Offer accurate information to guests, staff, and vendors regarding directions and hours
Receive, record, and secure found property and research guest lost property inquiries
Escort staff and guests to parking lots as required
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
