The guard will conduct regular patrols of the entire facility independently within required time frames, diligently log visitor activity, report any unsafe conditions or incidents, and assist residents during emergencies including evacuations.

Furthermore, the role encompasses assisting residents during entry and exit from the facility and providing valet parking for guest vehicles when needed. The Security Guard will also participate actively in ERS's Emergency and Disaster Plan, demonstrating leadership in ensuring resident safety during critical situations by employing approved lift and carry evacuation techniques. The role demands an individual with keen observational skills, decisiveness, physical stamina, and excellent communication abilities in English.

This position is vital in ensuring that the ERS facility remains a secure, safe, and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
