Job Duties
- Responds to calls and alarms
- Investigates and reports on accidents, illnesses, and incidents verbally and in writing
- Monitors premises through patrols and CCTV security video
- Ensures security systems and alarms are operational and doors are secure
- Registers and directs visitors, checks identification, and contacts hosts
- Provides escort services to staff and students
- Documents and reports malfunctions of equipment to relevant departments
