At GardaWorld, the Concierge Security Officer role is an essential position focused on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of various types of facilities, including office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, welcoming them, verifying identity, managing access control, and providing assistance with inquiries.

This is a full-time and part-time position located at a site in Sunnyvale, California, with flexible scheduling options that include day, swing, and overnight shifts ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week. GardaWorld offers a competitive hourly wage of $23 per hour with DailyPay available for employees, allowing access to wages as they are earned. To qualify for this role, candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid state security license along with 32 hours of BSIS security training. Additional security training can be acquired during the hiring process. A valid driver's license is mandatory, alongside at least one year of security experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass extensive screening procedures, including a background check and drug screening. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is highly valued and considered a strong asset.
