Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- submit to a drug screening as permitted by law
- obtain licensing as required by state or local regulations
- hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions

- previous customer service experience in a professional environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work graveyard shifts including weekends
- valid driver’s license for driving positions
- ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations
- familiarity with security systems and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- monitor CCTV systems to ensure security surveillance
- perform concierge duties including assisting visitors and employees
- maintain accurate written reports and logs
- communicate effectively with clients and law enforcement as needed
