The Security Crowd Manager serves as a key point of contact for guests, offering help with directions, resolving complaints, and assisting guests with disabilities when needed. With a starting pay rate of $20 per hour and an average workload not exceeding 1000 hours per year, this position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours while contributing to the safety and well-being of event attendees.

In the role, you will promote a family-friendly atmosphere, enforce all guest conduct policies, perform security checks such as visual bag searches at entry points, and document reports related to incidents or unsafe conditions. Other duties include escorting athletes or performers, monitoring restricted access areas, assisting guest services, and helping to prevent the departure of alcohol from inside the venue. The position calls for punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions closely. Maintaining grooming and uniform standards is required, with restrictions on extreme hair colors, facial piercings, and offensive tattoos.

Successful candidates must have a 20-hour security training certificate and at least one year of security experience, with event crowd management or criminal justice studies preferred. This role is tailored to individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate high customer service standards, and exhibit strong verbal communication and people skills. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or walk for up to two-thirds of the shift and lift up to 10 pounds when necessary.
