Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- steel-toed shoes or boots
- pass a background investigation in accordance with federal state and local laws
- pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- customer service experience is preferred
- access control and badge experience is preferred
- comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Job Duties
- provide customer service to visitors employees and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities
- monitor lobby and reception areas greet arriving guests verify identification and/or visitor records and help manage access in accordance with location policies
- answer phones assist with directions and support badge issuance visitor sign-in and other front desk documentation related to security-related operations
- respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed
- observe activity at the front desk and main entry points to help deter unauthorized access and report maintenance access control and other security-related concerns
