Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol during shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid identification and ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to enforce security policies and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- Physical fitness for patrolling and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Observe and survey assigned areas
- Report activity and incidents
- Respond rapidly to critical situations
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Manage access control and order in lobby areas by checking IDs and preventing hazards
- Patrol assigned areas both inside and outside, with physical capability and safe use of vehicles if required
