Job Duties
- Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential safety and security risks
- respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life or property
- promote safe work practices
- initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
- write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
