Job Duties
- Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks
- Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property
- Promote safe work practices among staff
- Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
- Write accurate reports and ensure proper documentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Resolve guest issues promptly
