The role of Patrol Officer within Huntsville Hospital Health System is vital to maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Serving as a patrol officer, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of security functions across hospital facilities, including observing and monitoring activities, reporting incidents, and responding swiftly to security concerns. Beyond traditional security responsibilities, the Patrol Officer may also be called upon to perform additional duties such as greeting visitors, valet parking, transporting patients within the hospital complex, or assisting as a cashier in the garage booth when necessary.
