This role centers on enhancing the living experience of residents and prospects through exemplary customer service and community support within Greystar-managed residential properties. The position involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing resident services and programs, serving as a vital resource and point of contact for residents seeking assistance and information on local market resources. Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting prospective residents and visitors, managing communications such as answering and routing phone calls, handling guest suite scheduling and logistics for move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of communal amenities. The role also encompasses managing package deliveries, maintaining service tracking logs, aiding in the orchestration of resident activities and events, and fostering relationships with local vendors to support community needs.

Physical demands of the job require the incumbent to engage in activities such as standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and occasionally working outdoors in various weather conditions. The role involves lifting and maneuvering weights up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require occasional travel to assist other properties, participate in training, or attend business meetings, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with additional opportunities for bonuses based on individual and company performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and technology

  • Knowledge of local area amenities and vendor services beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • Ensure comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery services
  • Maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
