Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years culinary experience
- Basic culinary skills including knife handling and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible availability for varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years prior culinary experience
- Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and saute skills
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Ability to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards
- Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Proper receiving, rotation, and storage of daily vendor deliveries
- Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the operation's needs
- Prepare, produce, and package Grab-n-Go sandwiches for the outlets
- Prepare and produce sandwich orders for guests at the Sandwich Station
- Prepare and cook all food products for delivery and catered events as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the operation's needs
- Maintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and equipment at all times
- Maintain reach-in coolers and under-counter refrigeration areas including daily cleaning, organization, and proper rotation of products
- Clean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shift
- Adhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors
