Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 900 hours total time, 500 PIC, 25 hours multi-engine fixed wing, Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land
- 500 hours cross-country flight time
- 100 hours night time
- 75 hours instrumental flight time of which 50 were in actual flight
- Successfully pass oral/written exam administered by FAA approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman or representative within preceding 12 months
- Successfully complete competency check in the airplane type within preceding 12 months by FAA approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman or FAA Inspector
- Completed 6-month IFR proficiency check by FAA inspector or FAA approved Check Airman
- Demonstrated enroute, arrival, and departure procedures via enroute check
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures

- Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Pass FAA drug/alcohol screening, background checks, and random drug tests

- Ability to climb on/off airplane wing during pre/post flight or emergencies
- Digital dexterity for aircraft preflight and post flight
- Ability to execute flights up to 4.5 hours and up to 10 hours flight time per day in 14-hour duty period
- Current U.S. passport with at least 6 months validity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- FAA commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating
- Minimum 900 hours total flight time including 500 hours PIC, 25 hours multi-engine fixed wing
- At least 500 hours cross-country flight time, 100 hours night time, 75 hours instrument time with 50 hours actual flight
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass FAA oral and written exams and competency checks within preceding 12 months

- Ability to maintain a current medical certificate as required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and handle heavy objects

Job Duties
- Assist the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight in accordance with operating policies and procedures
- Perform a visual pre-flight (walk-around) inspection prior to each flight
- Perform a visual post-flight (walk-around) after each flight
- Assume primary responsibility for the safety of passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and the aircraft if the pilot-in-command becomes incapacitated
- Have primary operational responsibility for successfully completing customer service portions of each leg
- Review and brief the pilot-in-command on all customer service items including passenger pick up, drop off, refueling, customs, private hangar pick up/drop off, private hangar communications, and passenger catering
- Comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies
- Complete initial new-hire ground and flight training specific to the aircraft type
- Update flight and duty records, ensure eligibility for next flight assignments, and report any aircraft maintenance discrepancies
- Participate proactively in safety and quality systems by identifying, reporting, and mitigating hazards and quality issues
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by pilot-in-command, Chief Pilot, or higher authority
