Job Requirements
- no college degree required
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
- minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
- exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- availability to work overnight, evenings, holidays, weekends, and on call

Job Duties
- assist managers in the training and development of the team
- ensure the work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
- collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies
- oversee daily food and beverage operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
