The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Southland Casino is integral to maintaining the high standards of guest service that Delaware North is known for. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility and competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, suitable for candidates seeking different work schedules including overnight, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts with opportunities for overtime. The Food and Beverage Supervisor works closely with management to ensure smooth operational practices and oversees the daily service standards, including keeping service areas well-stocked and fostering team development.
In this role, you will assist managers in training and developing team members, collaborate to address any operational deficiencies, and uphold a high level of organization and guest service.
