Job Requirements

  • No college degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
  • Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
  • Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work overnight, evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts
  • Must be able to work a 10-hour shift and overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
  • Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience
  • Exceptional organization and guest service abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist managers in the training and development of the team
  • Ensure the work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
  • Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee staff scheduling and shift coordination
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food and beverage areas
