Job Requirements
- No college degree required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
- Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
- Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work overnight, evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts
- Must be able to work a 10-hour shift and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
- Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience
- Exceptional organization and guest service abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Assist managers in the training and development of the team
- Ensure the work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
- Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee staff scheduling and shift coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food and beverage areas
