It is an opportunity for individuals to make a meaningful impact daily by contributing to the happiness and satisfaction of those they serve. The company’s culture emphasizes delivering smiles and easing the anxieties of patients and their families, crafting memorable moments for guests, and fostering supportive teamwork among colleagues. This approach transforms typical jobs into rewarding careers filled with purpose and a sense of accomplishment.

Towne Park is currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering hospitality services that are both friendly and efficient. The Valet Attendant acts as the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance with parking, luggage handling, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions. The position offers competitive compensation, with an hourly base pay of $18.45 plus tips, and a flexible work schedule that can include any day of the week. Eligible employees also have access to a range of insurance benefits such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, and telemedicine, along with a 401k retirement savings plan.

Safety is paramount when parking and retrieving vehicles, and the role includes ensuring accurate handling of parking tickets and claim checks. Tasks extend beyond valet duties to include offering directions, shuttle services, and support with luggage storage as needed. The role is physically demanding and often conducted outdoors, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and work under various weather conditions. Minimal travel may be necessary, but the position predominantly focuses on providing top-notch hospitality on-site.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The company values employees who are attentive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively to create a positive environment. The Valet Attendant position at Towne Park offers more than just a job — it provides the chance to contribute meaningfully to community experiences, build valuable skills, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.
