Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license applicable to the work state
- At least one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including parallel parking
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Qualifications

- Understanding customer service principles and processes
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions
- Skilled in presenting information clearly
- Basic math skills for calculations related to money and time
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is highly desirable
- Capable of parallel parking vehicles
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- Greet guests warmly using their last names
- Welcome guests with appropriate salutations and follow company phone etiquette
- Stay at designated areas when not engaged in tasks
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while assisting with bell services and luggage storage
- Provide directions, information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Shuttle guests as necessary
- Explain parking rates and procedures, issue claim checks, and maintain parking ticket records
