Job Duties

Conduct structured interviews for hourly positions
assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
provide a positive and consistent candidate experience
collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members
manage interview schedules and candidate information
maintain confidentiality of candidate and company data
contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes
