The role of a Bakery Team Member at Whole Foods Market involves performing all duties related to preparing and baking bakery products that meet the company’s established quality standards. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Six to twelve months of retail experience

Job Duties
- Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- form, cut, mold, shape, and bake dough
- monitor cooking completion times and set heat and humidity temperatures for proof box
- check product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards
- complete temperature, sweep, and sanitation logs
- arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed, and ready to work
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely manner
- maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- follow and comply with health, sanitation, safety, and established procedures
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- report safety hazards and violations immediately
- perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
